The design has been patented. Rebul Interlok crates are custom-made from impact-resistant paper honeycomb board, which makes them lightweight, sturdy, and shock-absorbing. They are reusable and may be stored and transported flat.

There is no minimum order quantity for Rebul Interlok crates because we make them to the client's size and volume specifications. Product can be sent flat packed or pre-assembled.

When sealed, the crates are dust resistant and thermally insulating, safeguarding its contents from the impacts of extreme temperatures. They are custom cut from 100% biodegradable paper honeycomb board. Custom cutting produces tidy, professional-looking boxes that may be labeled and fit tightly around any load, lowering volumetric weight and hence shipping cost. They are simple to assemble and disassemble without the use of tools and may be stored flat-pack for future use.

Rebul Interlok crates are the ideal, entirely biodegradable alternative to corrugated packaging or timber crating. We produce three applications of the Rebul Interlok crate:

Interlok Light, suitable for loads up to 50kg, comes with standard 15mm as well as 22mm or 35mm walls in brown Kraft finish. It is perfect for removals and relocations and transportation of electronic equipment and can be supplied flat-packed for customer convenience.

Pre-assembled Interlock, ideal for loads up to 200kg, comes with standard 22mm or 35mm thick walls in brown Kraft finish. It comes with integrated pallet bearers for loads above 100kg and can carry loads of up to 1 ton if when used with timber pallets. These crates are ideal for transport of art frames, sculptures, fragile machinery, and other high-value items.

Strapped Interlock is custom-made for high-volume loads. It comes with integrated pallet bearers and can also be used with timber pallets. Framed edge protectors are provided to facilitate strapping by client.
