Rebul Packaging came into being and production of the Rebul Freight Crate started.

Rebul Freight Crate is patented in several countries, including South Africa, Australia, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Canada and New Zealand.
2005
International expansion started, with a license established in Australia.
2007
Wins a gold medal at the Australian Packaging Awards
2008
The final, refined version of the Rebul Freight Crate came into being in Cape Town.
2012
The operation in Montague Gardens is doubled. The product draws strong interest from future clients and potential investors overseas, from the likes of the art industry in Europe to major transport and logistics companies in the USA.
2014
Rebul starts operation in Johannesburg and moves to larger premises in Epping Cape Town.
2015
Interlok crate developed. Registered Designs obtained covering SA, the UK, the EU, the USA, and Canada.
2016
Manufacturing capacity was enhanced with a CNC board cutting machine to improve products.
2021
By upcycling, Rebul turned the waste material into eco-friendly Refire firelighters.
