industrial grade honeycomb packaging and shipping crates are lightweight, non-abrasive, and shipping ready. They are also a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to wood/timber and plastic packaging and crates. Rebul's honeycomb crates offer more protection than cardboard boxes and are up 70% lighter in weight compared to timber crates and those that offer the same level of protection.

They are used extensively to transport and export fragile, bulky, and uniquely shaped items. These include large industrial equipment, machines, components, and industrial products of all sizes and uses. 

We make each crate to order.  According to the volume of the item, dimensions, weight, and demands of each journey. We have a Zero Minimum Order Size or Quantity on all industrial packaging solutions. Meaning you have the flexibility to order what you want when you want it.

We have 3 standard industrial packaging options to choose from. These are the Rebul Freight Crate, Interlock Crate, and Hybrid Crate. Each solution has it's unique features and benefits depending on the unique needs of the item(s) that you need to package or transport. One of the unique features and benefits of our custom made honeycomb paper based industrial packaging is it's ability to be easily customized. This can be done on a client to client, order to order and even individual crate to crate basis. These customizations can be done to improve handling, enhance protection, meet market specific requirements, and increase product security. Our industrial packaging customizations include and are not limited to handles, lid openings, honeycomb pallets, inserts, dividers, plywood and timber base integration.
