Sustainable Honeycomb Packaging

We manufacture custom made wood and metal free eco-friendly honeycomb paper based packaging. These have been extensively used as alternatives to both ordinary cardboard boxes and wood or timber crates.
All boxes and crates are made using recycled kraft paper, biodegradable honeycomb paper boards, and water based glue. Making them ideal for those looking for eco-friendly packaging and crating. The crates and boxes are also reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable.

Eco-friendly Packaging Solutions

 Each box and crate is made to order according to the dimensions(L x W x H), weight, mode of transport and destination of the item(s). 
Based on one's unique eco-friendly packaging needs we have 3 standard boxes or crates to choose from. These are Rebul Freight Crates, Interlock Crates, and Hybrid Crates.
We also provide bespoke honeycomb paper based packaging for those that require unique packaging solutions.

 No minimum order size or quantity required | No fumigation required (ISPM-15 Exempt). 

Customisation and Accessories

We also provide eco-friendly packaging customizations and accessories. Depending on the weight and dimensions of the items, level of protection required, demands of the journey, and end-destination regulations. These include handles, honeycomb pallets, dividers, reinforced bases, and inserts. They are used to improve handling, compartmentalizing, and overall protection.

ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING MATERIALS

Our commitment and offerings of eco-friendly packaging products also extend to honeycomb paper and honeycomb paper products. We also manufacture and supply biodegradable honeycomb paper boards which are an eco-friendly alternative to MDF, plywood, and fiberglass boards. We also manufacture door honeycomb paper.

Versatile and easy to work with kraft brown boards and white graphic boards used extensively by manufacturing and printing industries. Used in house to manufacture packaging and shipping crates.

 Honeycomb Paper 

Lightweight, crush resistant, and biodegradable material commonly used in packaging and door manufacturing and void filling. Name is derived from the structure the cells form.
